Proxy Assignment FAQ
-
What is 鈥減roxy assignment鈥?Back to Top
Each 吃瓜头条 in good standing is entitled to two votes at the Annual Business Meeting (ABM). For these votes to be cast at the ABM, a 吃瓜头条 must first assign its proxy by designating a member (in good standing) as the 吃瓜头条鈥檚 proxyholder. The process of assigning a proxy, known as 鈥減roxy assignment,鈥 is completed on the 吃瓜头条 website by either the 吃瓜头条 President or 吃瓜头条 Secretary before the deadline.
If a 吃瓜头条鈥檚 proxy is not assigned by the deadline, the 吃瓜头条鈥檚 two votes cannot be cast at the Annual Business Meeting.

If the 吃瓜头条 President or 吃瓜头条 Secretary intend to act as proxyholder for the 吃瓜头条, they must assign the proxy to themself.
