Emergency / Weather Alert Information
In the event of a severe weather situation or an emergency, the Emergency / Weather Alert banner will appear at the top of the WestConn homepage to provide the university community with easy access to the details of the weather event or emergency.
Example of a听Emergency / Weather Alert on the WestConn Homepage:
Snow restrictions:听students, faculty, and staff must move their vehicles from all surface lots including University Boulevard during snow storms. This restriction is for the facilitation of the snow removal process.听Failure to move vehicles from these areas may result in towing.
The emergency / weather alert is the official notification of a closing or delay at the university.
