MAINTENANCE DETAILS

  • Reason: Server upgrades
  • Impact
    • Interruption of backend Banner-related services, including
      • Parchment transcript request processing
      • Meal plan and room change integrations
      • Scheduled reports and feeds
    • All batch processes scheduled during the maintenance window will be taken offline or rescheduled.
    • BannerAdmin will not be able to run batch or background jobs.
    • BannerWeb will not be affected.
    • Degree Works will not be affected.
    • ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ apps and services with direct live connections to Banner will not be affected.
    • Blackboard will not be affected.

      • BannerWeb
      • Touchnet SSO and transaction posting
      • Tutoring Center (TRC, Ancell, Writing Center) Appointment Requests
      • Scheduled reports and processes
    • ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ apps and services with direct live connections to Banner may experience reduced functionality as services are shutdown and restarted.
    • As a precaution, all batch processes scheduled during the maintenance window will be taken offline or rescheduled.
    • Blackboard will remain unaffected.
