Payment Deadlines and Directions

Summer Upon registering for courses
Fall July 15
Winter Intercession Upon registering for courses

Students who do not pay their bill by the due date听may be subject to the following penalties:

  • Cancellation of classes
  • Re-registration into those classes is not guaranteed and subject to a $100 non-refundable re-registration fee
  • $50 late fee
  • Cancellation of on-campus housing

Payment Options:

  1. On-line:
    With Touchnet you can securely pay your bill on-line using your debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or by electronic check using your checking or savings account. All credit card payments are subject to a 3%/$3 minimum service fee.
  • Login to Touchnet via听WolvesNet and login with your 吃瓜头条 account if needed.
  • Search for the “Billing/Payments” card
  • Select “Make a Payment鈥;
  • To view your current statement, which reflects financial aid information, select “My Account” from the听top menu option and then select “Statements”听and select the date of the statement that you want to view.
  • To make payment, select 鈥Make Payment鈥澨齜utton;
  • To enroll in a payment plan,听select the 鈥Enroll in Payment Plan鈥澨齜utton;
  • Mail:
    You can mail in a check or money order to the Cashier鈥檚 Office at 181 White Street, Danbury, CT 06810. Make checks payable to 吃瓜头条 and include your student ID number on the payment. Checks returned for insufficient funds or stop payment will result in a $20 fee and you will be subject to late payment penalties.
  • In-person:
    Payments can be made at the Cashier鈥檚 Office, located in the Old Main building, room 106. Cash payments are subject to IRS regulations and identification may be required when making a cash payment. The Cashier鈥檚 Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Notice regarding Electronic Check Conversion: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize 吃瓜头条 to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.

We do not accept payments over the telephone.
