Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration

HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH CELEBRATION: For two weeks, the dining hall will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in collaboration with LASO (Latin American Student Organization). On Monday, 9/16, there will be tamales and fresh guacamole;听 Tuesday, 9/17, will be arepa rellenas; Wednesday, 9/18, will be moro de gandules and steak;听 Thursday, 9/19, will be enchiladas; and Friday, 9/20, will be locrio de chuleta. From 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. in Berkshire Hall Dining on the Midtown campus and the Westside Campus Center.
