The program is designed to empower WestConn undergraduates to become transformative leaders. This program connects students with real-world mentors, equips them with invaluable leadership skills, and prepares them to inspire and influence in their careers and communities. Students with 30 \u2013 100 earned credits and a GPA of 3.3 or higher are eligible to apply.<\/p>\n<p>Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
