Membership dues are $72 USD for each six-month period and are due on April 1 and October 1.

There is also a one-time new member fee of $25 USD. If you join in the middle of a renewal period, you will pay prorated dues based on the month you join.

A 吃瓜头条 membership costs $144 USD per year鈥�$12 USD per month.

Members develop communication and leadership skills through active learning, including regular speaking opportunities, peer evaluations, and meeting participation. They receive ongoing feedback from fellow members and learn how to evaluate and support the development of others. This experience is not replicated in any other program or course in a similar price range.

Membership also includes access to Pathways, Toastmaster International鈥檚 education program, which provides structured learning experiences in communication, leadership, and professional development.

吃瓜头条 members are part of an organization recognized by professionals worldwide. Participation in the 吃瓜头条 program shows commitment to personal and professional growth, making it a strong resume and networking asset.

This one-time fee supports administrative costs and provides Base Camp system access.

吃瓜头条 does not offer discounts for having dual or multiple memberships or provide lifetime memberships to individuals.

If your 吃瓜头条 has Self-Pay enabled, you can pay your dues by logging into toastmasters.org. After logging in, navigate to 鈥淔rom the Organization to You鈥� and click 鈥淧ay Dues.鈥�

If your 吃瓜头条 does not offer Self-Pay, you can have a 吃瓜头条 officer submit your membership dues payment on your behalf.

吃瓜头条 officers can submit member dues through 吃瓜头条 Central, by mail, or by fax +1 303-799-7753.

To pay online as a 吃瓜头条 officer:

1. On the Membership Management page, locate the card for the member you intend to pay for, then select 鈥淎dd to Cart.鈥�
2. Before adding any new, dual, or reinstating members to the cart, select their membership begin and end dates.
3. Once the cart is ready, click 鈥淢embership Cart鈥� at the top of the roster.
4. Review the order details and payment for accuracy, using the 鈥淓dit Cart鈥� function to make any necessary changes.
5. Click 鈥淪ubmit Payment鈥� to finalize the transaction.

Alternatively, 吃瓜头条 officers may email the renewing member list and any new/dual/reinstating applications to the 吃瓜头条 Quality and Member Support Team at鈥� membership@toastmasters.org, then submit payment by calling +1 720-439-5050.

Officers must collect and submit renewal payments twice a year, due by April 1 and October 1.

Members can also submit their international dues directly to World Headquarters if a 吃瓜头条鈥檚 Self-Pay setting is enabled by logging in to鈥�.

The Membership Management page and Self-Pay feature allow members to pay for the current membership period and up to two future periods. For example, in August, members can pay for the current April鈥揝eptember period, the upcoming October鈥揗arch period, and the following April鈥揝eptember period.

吃瓜头条 officers are authorized to submit membership dues on behalf of another member. If you would like to pay dues for another member, provide the payment to a 吃瓜头条 officer.

Renewal payments are due twice a year: on April 1 and October 1. To remain in good standing and keep access to Base Camp, World Headquarters must receive your dues by September 30 for the October cycle or March 31 for the April cycle. If your access is removed due to late payment, access will be restored within 24 hours after your payment is processed.

吃瓜头条 does not impose a late fee.

吃瓜头条 officers can access receipts online via 吃瓜头条 Central:

1. Log in to 吃瓜头条 Central.
2. Select 鈥湷怨贤诽� Financials.鈥�
3. You鈥檒l see a date ordered list of membership payments, including the submitter鈥檚 name, receipt number, truncated card number, and amount.
4. To view or print a full receipt, click the receipt number hyperlink. This page will show all members paid and provide options to print or export the data.
5. To quickly view only the list of members paid, select 鈥淨uick View.鈥�
6. To download an Excel or CSV report, choose the year from the drop down menu, then select 鈥� Export Excel/CSV.鈥� Your browser will download the file automatically.

Use the 吃瓜头条 invoice template. Two types of invoices are available in the downloadable file: Tax Auto-Calculated and Tax Entered Manually. If the desired country and location are not available on the Tax Auto-Calculated Invoice, use the Tax Entered Manually Invoice. When generating the invoice, please:

1. Fill in the appropriate fields with 吃瓜头条 and member information.
2. Complete Step #1 in the right-hand corner to set a tax rate from the dropdown (if applicable).
3. Select 鈥淵es鈥� or 鈥淣o鈥� if your 吃瓜头条 is tax-exempt or eligible for the Reverse Charge Mechanism (if applicable).
4. Label the invoice in the following format: YYYYMMDDXXXXXXXX (eight-digit 吃瓜头条 number).
5. Note that each new member is subject to the $25 USD new member fee.
6. Remember: Members who are renewing have membership dues of $72 USD each.
7. Remember: Members who join the 吃瓜头条 in the middle of the membership period each pay $12 USD per month remaining in the membership period. For an exact breakdown of the membership dues cost per month, please refer to the Membership Application, Section 2.

吃瓜头条 reserves the right to adjust any invoice to ensure the proper amounts for membership dues and fees are listed.

Please refer to the Tax Rates Map to confirm your estimated tax rate. Tax is calculated based on a member鈥檚 physical address, not the meeting place of the 吃瓜头条.

吃瓜头条 Central cannot process tax-exempt or RCM transactions. Please complete the following steps:

1. Create the pending memberships on the Membership Management page of 吃瓜头条 Central for any new, dual, or reinstated members.
2. Once created, contact the 吃瓜头条 Quality and Member Support Team at +1 720-439-5050 to submit payment over the phone to ensure taxes are excluded from the total membership dues amount.

Membership dues are not refundable or transferable. If a payment was made in error, please email the 吃瓜头条 Quality and Member Support Team at membership@toastmasters.org as soon as possible. Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis.

It is the Board of Directors鈥� responsibility to determine the international dues amount, as directed in the Bylaws of 吃瓜头条, Article IV: Revenue, Section 2: Membership Dues Payment. Additionally, Policy 8.0: Dues and Fees, Section 10, requires the Board to review the dues, fees, and submission processes annually.

Rather than providing the annual budget, which is a planning and management tool, the organization makes available its annual financial results when filing the United States Internal Revenue Service Form 990.
