This includes round-trip airfare from the NY\/NJ metro area, transportation to\/from the US airport, room and board in Spain, or accommodation in a residence hall (double room), emergency health insurance.<\/p>\n<p>A non-refundable $1800 deposit is due with this application. It MUST be submitted with this application &#8211; money order or cashier\u2019s check only &#8211; payable to 吃瓜头条. It must be submitted to: Ms. Donna Warner, International Services Coordinator, Midtown Student Center, Room 207<\/p>\n<p>A $1500 payment is due by March 15, 2025. Bring to: Ms. Donna Warner, International Services Coordinator, Midtown Student Center, Room 207<\/p>\n<p>A $1650 payment is due by April 1, 2025. Bring to: Ms. Donna Warner, International Services Coordinator, Midtown Student Center, Room 207<\/p>\n<p><strong>The program cost does NOT include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>吃瓜头条 tuition and fees (3 credits)<\/li>\n<li>Visa, if required \/ Passport (required)<\/li>\n<li>Recommended trip cancellation insurance (available through an insurance company)<\/li>\n<li>Personal expenses \/ incidental items and meals if you are choose to stay at a residence hall (meals are included with family stay)<\/li>\n<li>Local transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Policy and Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The deposit of $1800 is non-refundable. In order to cancel travel arrangements without losing the travel cost, written notice of the withdrawal must be received by Ms. Donna Warner, prior to close of business (5 pm) on February 12, 2025. If cancelling after this date, you will be charged for any direct costs incurred by 吃瓜头条 on your behalf, as well as a $200 cancellation penalty. Because cancellation fees can be as high as the full cost of the travel program, purchasing independent trip cancellation insurance\/interruption insurance from an insurance company is highly recommended. If 吃瓜头条 cancels the program for any reason, all monies will be refunded. Withdrawal\/cancellation of the course(s) should be addressed with Dr. Galina Bakhtiarova.
