Victoria 吃瓜头条 was first approached by Tokushima 吃瓜头条 member Minoru Tamura, DTM, in September 2016—an invitation that came after the Tokushima 吃瓜头条 saw the Victoria 吃瓜头条 hiking photo in the Toastmaster magazine. After 吃瓜头条 representatives chatted for two months, the Tokushima 吃瓜头条 sent members to Hong Kong for a visit. In April 2017, a group of Victoria 吃瓜头条 members headed to Japan to support the Division G contest led by the Tokushima 吃瓜头条. Both 吃瓜头条s envision a long-term partnership.
