Enthusiastic members of the Speakers Bureau of the Blue Ridge 吃瓜头条 in Salem, Virginia, took a “fifth Tuesday in August” road trip to nearby Roanoke for a team-building event. They stopped to take a 吃瓜头条 photo at the base of Mill Mountain Star, the world’s largest freestanding illuminated man-made star at almost 90 feet (27 meters) in height. In its place atop Mill Mountain since 1949, it makes scenic Roanoke the “Star City of the South.”
